Magna Engineering Sales Company, Inc. has been in business since 1954. We are an employee-owned
business. All of the salespeople on the Magna team are direct employees of the company.
Magna corporate offices are staffed by the executive and administrative management of the corporation.
The corporate staff provide support for all day to day operations of the company, including
contractual, legal, accounting, financial and personnel matters.
Magna has centralized all sales follow-up reporting processes,
with the results of individual sales
calls dictated by the salesman and transcribed in the corporate office. Reports are then sent by
fax to the principal and filed electronically at the office.
The Magna Engineering Sales Company corporate office is the
administrative hub of the entire company. The office is staffed with courteous, experienced administrators who are responsible for the smooth
and efficient operation of Magna’s communications, accounting and personnel matters. Communications such as the typing and processing of all
salesmens’ daily call reports to our principals as well as normal business correspondence are all generated from this office. Accounting,
including order and invoice entry, commission payments, payroll and accounts payable functions, are also part of the duties of the administrative
staff. And, human resource matters involving insurance, vacations, supplies and the general daily support of the sales force are all part of the
day-to-day responsibilities of the administrators.
