Shane joined Magna in 1994, bringing with him ten years of diverse engineering experience. He has been involved in systems engineering and proposal development on the space station program, YA-7F aircraft, Air Force One, and various satellite programs. His background has been obtained through association with companies such as McDonnell Douglas, LTV, Boeing Military Airplane, and Hughes Aircraft Company.

Shane has a BSEE from Kansas State University.
