When he joined Magna in 1990, Mark had worked for six years as an engineer at McDonnell Douglas Corporation. While there, he developed special expertise in electrical component development and support in interconnect systems, avionics, crew station, and manufacturing in the Producibility and Standards department.

Mark holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla.
