Sales and engineering experience in jet engine, missile, submarine and accessory manufacturing have highlighted Al's career. When he joined Magna in 1985, he had over 25 years of experience in sales and engineering. Today, he uses his strong background in aircraft O rings and seals to increase principal sales and direct the selling efforts of sales representatives with OEM subcontractors. Al also has hands-on experience in account development.

A mechanical engineering degree, business schooling and solid experience with Carbon Technology (three years), Lord Corporation (five years), Nichols Engineering (eight years), and Sealol, Inc. (10 years) before joining Magna, make Al a seasoned veteran.
